Enlightenment of overseas cooperative education on cultivating excellent engineers of energy major

Cooperative Education of Enterprise, Academy and Research is the key to implement the plan for educating and cultivating excellent engineers, and it is the effective approach of engineering education reform. It contributes a lot to the return of engineering education to engineering circles and the improvement of talent training quality. The paper researches and analyses the characteristics of Cooperative Education of Enterprise, Academy and Research in the United States, Canada, Britain, Germany and France. According to the reality of energy major of Tongji University, some suggestions for the implementation of the plan for educating and cultivating excellent engineers are put forward.
