Abstract
This study describes the current circumstances of both the construction and the utilization of the information resources in the private colleges through quantitative and qualitative research. Based on the investigations, the paper aims to answer two questions: what are the prominent factors influencing the integration and optimal utilization of foreign language information in private colleges, and what are the cruxes of the inefficient utilization? Moreover, some suggestions and strategies are proposed in terms of the integration and optimal utilization of information resources in the foreign language learning and teaching practices of private colleges.
