Exploration of Public Education Resource sharing and Cloud Services

Education informatization is paid more attention to the development of web technologies recent years. Finding an effective way to make the best of existed public education resource distributed in different areas is an emergent task. Cloud computing technology is popular and utilized in many fields, and many facts show that it´s a good way to resolve the bottlenecks of public education resources. In this research, we discussed existing problems of public education resource, and then posted application model of cloud services according to the current issues occurred in the process of development of China public education informatization. Finally, we defined the Public Education Resource Cloud Services (PERCS), discussed its possibility, and explored the research methods to integrate public education resources with cloud services.
