Foreign language teaching resource sharing in regional universities by semi-autonomous way

With the rapid development of the higher education in our country, the foreign language teaching resources are facing more pressure than before because of more students. Some local universities in some areas are short of the sufficient support of the foreign language teaching resources. Here, taking Shijiazhuang as an example, we make an investigation for the present situation of the foreign language teaching resource in different universities. The survey results show that the universities with adjacent geographic location have the requirement for both the resource supply and the resource demand. Then we propose a resource sharing solution for regional universities by semi-autonomous way. The practice results show that the proposed scheme can provide effective solutions for the foreign language teaching resource sharing.
