Abstract
This paper analyzes the problems of the computer network course learning system which realizes the inquiry-based learning of the partial course, and then proposes an inquiry-based blended learning system which realizes the inquiry-based learning of the whole course by blending F2F learning and online learning. The blended learning system consists of a network simulation module, an inquiry-based teaching plan, a F2F learning module and an online learning module. The paper presents that how the design of the system motivates the students by enhancing social presence and collaborative learning and how the online learning interacts with F2F learning to promote inquiry.
