Abstract

Starting from the goal and standard of specialized talent training in colleges, we put forward practice teaching ("PT") mode according to ecological and entrepreneurial ("EE") talent training requirement, and discuss construction of experimental teaching ("ET") system in colleges with the requirement of innovative and entrepreneurial ("IE") talent training. We conclude that construction and practice of innovative ET mode is the premise to realize innovative talent training, construction of scientific ET platform is the base to reach the goal of talent training, and hierarchical training of scientific research ("SR") teaching mode is the core to realize students\´ individualized education. Finally, we study and explore practically on innovative ET methods and approaches.
