  • Abstract
    This paper presents a procedure for the analysis of distribution systems including aspects of smart grids such as the inclusion of distributed generators and protection devices. The procedure uses MICQ to obtain detailed and accurate results. The results are compared with RTDS and PSCAD simulations. Some studies are performed to analyze distribution system performance in real time and protection devices.
