Efficient pricing: An opportunity for cost reduction system expansion to benefit the consumer as bounce deployment of smart metering

This work aims a first prospective evaluation concerning the economic impacts after the implementation of the new White Tariff Modality to consumers of the low-voltage subgroup from EDP Bandeirante Energia, as folding the massive deployment of smart metering in distribution networks, with calendar already defined by Regulatory Agency, using new technologies that are available for application in sector.
