Abstract :
Now a days, use of web has increased. User search a web corresponds to a query. Search engine provide indexed result for the users. Clickstream analysis is a new approach for web page importance calculation. User uses some clicks on the results according to the search result. These clicks are stored on server log file. Server log file store the order sequence of user clicks after that these clicks can be counted for finding the web page importance. Finding the importance of web page will lead to the effective solution for web crawler. Web spider is a piece of any search engine that fetches data from various servers. This paper mentions extraction of repetitive web pages from user sessions and also defines the grading approach for clickstream data which are taken by different clickstream session data set of a web site.
