Abstract :
Article deals with the rating web sites combining of heuristic methods with means of numerical linear algebra. The first part deals with theoretical problems of measurement of web pages, which can be solved using an oriented graph and get an evaluation matrix. It describes how to convert this matrix to a Google matrix and earning vector rating web sites. To test these procedures was created a application in Visual Studio 2010 in VB.NET programming language.
