Abstract :
Tabu search and scatter search (TS & SS) algorithm is proposed to solve vehicle routing problem (VRP) in this paper. Considering the quality of solution and the dispersity of solution in the solution process, dynamic tabu mechanism of algorithm is embedded in the scatter search algorithm, what´s more, combination is achieved and new solution is generated through the exchange of both sides of the structure-solution mechanism in reference set, the selection strategy of edge partly comes from RefSet1 and RefSet2, another part is from RefSet1, so as to ensure the diversity and high quality of solution; simulation experiment proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.
