Abstract :
In view of the current brushless DC motor the electromagnetic torque ripple and the detection method, control algorithm complex, high cost of defects, this paper puts forward a new brushless DC motor torque ripple suppression method, by means of the method of controlling brushless DC motor conduction phase current track the given current to inhibit motor torque ripple, this paper discusses in detail the torque pulsation resulting from various causes and effective suppression method, and verified the feasibility and correctness of the method.
