Abstract :
As a commonly used assembly in communication cooling systems, the normal operation of a cooling fan is critical for guaranteeing system stability and reducing damage to electronic components. Firstly, the mathematic model of fan is presented, and then the failure mechanism and the failure mode is discussed. Lastly, the lifetime prediction based data fusion is presented, which include mechanism characters, electrical character and environment characters.
