Abstract
Knowledge value chain is important for enterprise sharing knowledge. The enterprise sharing knowledge is based on knowledge value chain that contains two subjects, one object, one environment and one goal, and the barrier factors are divided into such four aspects as subject, object, environment and goal. By establishing model of interpreting structural equation, the hierarchical relations among barrier factors of enterprise knowledge sharing are analyzed to recognize such influential forces as basis, root-cause, crucial-point; therefore, countermeasure are proposed.
