Abstract
With respect to multi-level hybrid multi-attribute group decision making problem, in which the attribute weights of the each level are given and attribute values are expressed in different forms(real numbers, interval numbers, linguistic terms, intuitionistic fuzzy number), an extended method based on VIKOR (VlseKriterijuska Optimizacija I Komoromisno Resenje) is proposed. Firstly, transform the hybrid attribute decision matrix to the 2-tuple linguistic decision matrix.Then using 2-tuple weighted average (2TWA) operator to integrate the evaluation values, the evaluation values of each alternative at are obtained, and according to the basic ideology of the traditional VIKOR method, the raking of alternatives is obtained, Finally, a numerical example is given, the results show the feasibility and efficiency of this proposed method.
