Abstract :
With the arrival of the knowledge economy society, the knowledge workforce has become the key resource in business activities replacing capital, equipment, raw material and other traditional resources. Project scheduling problems with multi-skilled workforce constraints (PSPMSWC) has been becoming a hot spot in project management. In this paper, according to the present research development, and the characteristics of the PSPMSWC, we present a two-stage heuristic algorithm, which is based on "work - skills - human" three layers. The goal is to minimize the makespan. The algorithm provides different choices to the same problem, and the computational results show that the algorithm is satisfactory.
