Abstract :
A data acquisition used in a new kind of measurement and control system on laser particle size analyzer has been designed in this paper. For multiple weak signal output by photo detector, introducing method of signal independent amplification, group acquisition and channel calibration, realizing accurately regulate and real-time acquisition of the multiple weak signal. The general structure of the data acquisition unit is designed based on the above method, and the key module carried on detail designing. The results of experiments show that the designing of the new type of data collection presents well.
