Abstract :
Routing problem is one of the key issues in the fourth party logistics. Considering the cost and time expectation of fourth party logistics, this paper studied the single-point to single-point and single-task routing problem in view of goal programming. The novel goal programming mathematical model was established first. Then, an improved differential evolution algorithm was designed based on characteristics of the problem and compared to genetic algorithm. Finally several examples showed the effectiveness and robustness of the method.
