Abstract :
In order to control the project schedule delay problem efficiently in actual construction, the mathematical model of Multi-process Cross-operating Acceleration Measures is built based on improvement of process implementation mode function expression and analysis of process duration-cost relationship after considering the logical and resource constraints. Then the feasible project schedule of some engineering example can be achieved by solving the mathematical model with ant colony algorithm which contains elite strategy. The final results prove that it could provide rational references for actual acceleration construction by comparing with enumeration algorithm.
