Abstract :
Up to now, most of civil aviation airports are lack of unified management for emergency plans, cases, resources and rescue actions, therefore, which cannot provide emergency disposal and decision-making with high efficient support. The paper presents a design idea of the emergency management system for civil aviation airport based on Semantic Web, and implements alarm answering, information notifying, rescue plan generating and releasing, rescue condition monitoring and plan adjustment through the management of civil aviation airport emergency management domain ontology, rule base and inference engine, and which provides aid decision making from data layer, semantic layer to application layer for civil aviation airport emergency management with strong technological and methodological support.
