  • Abstract
Post knowledge push is a significant topic in enterprise´s knowledge management. How to evaluate post knowledge push effect is an important problem. In this paper, first, the comprehensive evaluation vector of satisfaction can be determined by integrating all post employees´ evaluation vector of satisfaction concerning evaluation index. Then, based on the evaluation vector of index importance and direct influence matrix among indexes, the index weight determination method, which is considering subjective information and objective information, is given by synthetically using 2-tuple linguistic information processing method and DEMATEL method. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method is illustrated by a case study, and then the improving analysis can be given by analyzing the evaluation results.
