Abstract
According to different data sampling rates which are needed in machinery condition monitoring systems, one dual-mode wireless sensor network structure is proposed in this paper. For the change status of machinery, the faster need high-rate intermittent data acquisition and the lower need low-rate continuous data acquisition, so the wireless sensor network are configured to run in the dual-model to satisfy the two type of data acquisitions. The design and implementation of two kind of nodes and the shared gateway, which transmitter real data to industrial ethernet, are introduced in detail, and the some experience result show the validity of the dual-mode networks.
