Abstract
The inner inspection tool move based on the liquid or gas pressure differential in the oil pipeline to inspect the defect of the pipe. In order to improve the detection precision, the inspection tool should keep constant speed and robust state in different situation. This paper established the model of inner inspection tool based on drainage hole. Though analyzing the driving force and the frictional resistance of the inspection tool, get the relationship between the size of Drainage hole and the speed in some certain situation. This paper also use the Fluent to analyze that how the different shape of the drainage hole and different number of the hole influence the turbulence intensity of the flow field around the tool. Getting that when the drainage was center gradually broad, the kinestate of the inspection tool is more robust.
