Abstract
In this paper, based on the theory of Markov process and T-S Fuzzy Model, a new concept-T-S Nested Fuzzy Jump System-was given to deal with time delay and packet-drop problems in Networked Control Systems (NCSs).Stochastic stability theory is introduced to prove the stability of the system. Design guaranteed cost controller to ensure that the linear quadratic cost of system state and input has a bourn. A numerical example is given to prove its validity.
