Abstract :
This paper proposes an integrated algorithm to determine attribute weights and decision-makers weights in multi-attribute group decision-making. Firstly, the new weights of decision-makers are calculated by the grey correlation coefficients between the decision result of the individuals and the group and combining with the initial weights of decision-makers. Secondly, the new weights of attribute are calculated through entropy theory. Then, the weights adjustment is continued on the basis of taking into account the similarity of the two decision results of the group by two orders Minkowski distance, and the above process will be repeated to get steady weights and final result of the group. Finally, a numerical example to evaluate the venture capital firm shows the feasibility and practicability of the proposed algorithm.
