Abstract :
By gathering and analyzing information, summed up the important parameters and influencing factors of the glutamic acid fermentation process, through the fermentation process and expert system knowledge, learning and research, design expert system for glutamic acid fermentation process. The system interface is written in VC + +, the kernel using the expert system tool CLIPS. Database and knowledge base of expert systems, data, facts and experiences, to save the glutamic acid fermentation process by an independent inference engine to achieve its reasoning process, and has a good interactive interface to provide effective guidance for the production process.
