Abstract :
This paper considers the optimal control problem for bilinear system with time-delay in control input. Firstly, we change a bilinear system with time-delay in control action model to a time-delay pseudo linear system model by local linearization. a linear controllable system without delay is obtained by exact delay-free transformation using integral transformation with memory control. Then based on the theory of linear quadratic optimal control, a optimal controller is designed, and the worst disturbance rejection control is obtained. At last, the simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.
