Abstract :
In connection with the problem which is difficult to be accurately assess the present health status of the aircraft hydraulic system, in this paper, a gray cluster analysis method has been put forward and used to comprehensively assess the health status of the aircraft hydraulic system. Firstly, according to the expertise to rate for the key components of the aircraft hydraulic system. Then it uses and relies on piecewise linear function to determine the whitening weight function. At last it uses the gray clustering algorithm to accurately assess the health status of the aircraft hydraulic system (divided into five levels: health, sub-health, available, fault, scrap). And it uses a case to verify the accuracy of the assessment methods. And it has a good application value for the maintenance and security of the aircraft hydraulic system.
