Abstract
As people´s deepening awareness of environmental problems and the intensified international competition, more and more enterprises implement a proactive environmental management. This article, from the external factors and internal factors, analyzed the motivation of companies voluntarily implementing environmental management system, which provide a decision-making for our enterprises strengthen environmental management and enhance their international competitive advantage.
