Basics of design and testing of a digital content generator tool for e-learning

E-learning opens a new way in education based on various communication tools and plays a distinguish role in creating and promoting computer based learning communities and actively encourage their development. E-learning has performed huge steps and has drawn new bounds in the educational system everywhere, a good reason to establish an efficient way to develop and test specific content for it. The purpose of this paper is to present a conceptual design for digital content generator tool that is aimed to facilitate the creation, publication and the update and edit of digital educational content with adaptive features. This digital content tool is designed to facilitate the access, both of teachers and learners, to eLearning solutions.
