Abstract :
An Electron Beam Welding power-source was analyzed using system modeling techniques for implementing hardware changes. Fault recovery control circuits for flashover detection and system stability were analyzed. Simulation results obtained revealed the possibility of enhancing the system and further work is required to implement the identified parameters in the real hardware for welding trials.
