Abstract
Reconfigurability represents the potential of the system on undergoing faults. To study the reconfigurability of satellite attitude control systems (ACS) with double faults, the reconfigurable proportion is brought out as an index to describe the residual ability to reconfigure the system in the presence of two component faults. Depth-First-Search method is used to calculate the recontrollability then. Simulations of several redundant configurations are presented to show the recontrollability analysis result. The proposed approach provides an practical means to evaluate the reconfigurability and it is also helpful for designing appropriate redundant actuators.
