Abstract :
We have developed ultra-broad band THz receivers using polymeric substrate for multiband THz wireless communications. We demonstrate 1.5 Gbit/s error-free transmission for both 120 GHz and 300 GHz ranges. This is due to broad-band characteristics of a planar tapered slot antenna on low dielectric constant of the polymeric substrate.
