Abstract :
This paper theoretically describes effect of photoinduced plasma on radiation characteristics of a vertical electric dipole(VED) above a dielectric slab backed by a photonically plasma induced semiconductor. The radiation characteristics are analyzed by using spectral domainapproach(SDA) and stationary phase method. And, it is theoretically discussed about the beam steering of electromagetic wave radiated from the vertical electric dipole using photoinduced plasma, changing the strutural parameters, for application to phtonically controlled antennas.
