Research on quality tracing based on data package of electronic components

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the production characteristics of the electronic components enterprises, this paper describes the quality tracing model which focuses on the quality data package, establishes a unified data package model and proposes a framework of quality tracking in the context of the electronic components industry. In order to solve the dilemma that product quality problems can not be traced promptly, the quality traceability business processes and quality information model are discussed, and raised the quality traceability method based on quality data package to improve efficiency of quality traceability. Finally, on the basis of the theoretical research, quality tracing system for electronic components is designed and developed, and it gets a practical application in a state-owned electronic components enterprise to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
