Abstract :
Long time-delay in networked control system makes it more complicated for system modeling, analyzing and controlling. The regular and impulsive free singular NCS with long time-delay and data packet dropout are discussed. Assuming that the transfer delay is longer than the sampling period and the data packets can be transferred successfully at a constant rate, the singular NCS can be modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system. With the Lyapunov function and LMI method, the sufficient conditions for stability is given and, by virtue of the Matlab LMI toolbox, the desired state feedback control law is given at the same time. A simulation example is given to illustrate that the proposed method is efficient.
