Abstract :
Bowersox and Daugherty, 1987 introduced the topology for studying the logistics strategy and they validated it, many researchers start to use the model in their researches, and by surveying the previous studies related to logistics strategy we will not find a consistent result. the gap in logistics strategy area relay on validating the Bowersox and Daugherty topology and its effect on the competitive performance of the companies in different economies because most of research regarding the logistics strategy applied on USA. the current study validate the Bowersox and Daugherty topology in Egypt by using the structure equation modeling technique.
