Abstract :
Service modeling is very important both for conception and for detailed design. It reveals essential elements regarding interfaces, partners, contracts and collaborations. This paper presents an application of the SoaML language for services dedicated to the management of water pollution, starting from its assessment, going on with the estimation of propagation based on the river models, and ending up with warning services that may be offered by a river basin authority to various beneficiaries from the affected area.
