Abstract :
In the proposed paper, we combine two state-of-the-art error concealment algorithms and Copy method, to adaptively deal with different lost MBs based on the surrounding motion vector statistics. We can obtain a 0.14 dB PSNR increase compared to the best-PSNR method, and a 1.49% win-rate increase from the best-win-rate method, with a significant 63% time complexity reduction.
