Abstract
Currently developing new scientific direction-gamma electronics, which investigated the interaction of the electron and positron beams with the electromagnetic field in the γ-range wavelength. Gamma-electronics study tasks and problems of production and long existence the electron-positron substance (EPS) with unique properties. The ability to manage the use of the energy of electron-positron pairs to implement the EPS and the creation microwave amplifiers and oscillators on powerful multibeam flows of slow electrons and positrons is an important problem of relativistic electronics.
