Abstract
This paper proposes a real-time power distribution based on residential load/PV power generation forecasting for peak-shaving of electric power demand. This paper supposes a house with photovoltaic (PV) panel and battery, and proposes a power distribution method at household level to minimize a peak value of electric power demand. Experimental results show that the proposed method drastically cut the peak of electric power demand by up to 51%.
