Abstract :
In this work, we present the design of a time-resolved multispectral diffuse optical tomography imager based on structured illumination and detection using two digital light processors and a time-resolved spectrophotometer. The spatial, spectral and temporal properties of this imaging system are tested to validate its ability to acquire time-resolved datasets simultaneously over 16 spectral channels from turbid media for high resolution, quantitative three dimensional volumetric imaging.
