  • Abstract
In the last decade, many studies on sensors development have been published, but there are few papers on printed temperature sensors on plastic susbtrates. This paper deals with the development of passive devices on large area applications such as temperature sensors. The process flow is a fully screen printed technology that uses exclusively solution-processed materials on flexible substrates. Temperature sensors screen-printed on Poly Ethylene Naphtalate (PEN) are demonstrated and characterized with good electrical properties, showing a good sensitivity. These devices are fabricated by resistive inks.
