Abstract
This article focuses on specifications and performances analysis of impulse On Off Keying transceiver architectures for low power indoor communications. Impulse Radio On Off Keying transceivers architectures ensure a low complexity and a low power consumption for the global system especially with the use of a non-coherent energy detection receiver. This kind of architectures seems to be a good candidate for wireless sensors networks (WSN) dedicated to distance long term medical monitoring systems
