Abstract :
In the present work a method is proposed which enables quick and cheap reliability tests of NFC (near field communication) transponders by extracting the equivalent circuit parameters of the magnetic coupled antenna system. The equivalent circuit parameters are gathered by different types of finite element method simulations. A method for measuring the circuit parameters by means of impedance analyzer measurements is proposed. A comparison of the obtained values is presented.
