Abstract :
Information dissemination of emergency events can be considered quickly proliferate over social network, the basic fact is a complex course of interactions of numerous participants. In this paper, we first analyze the information features of emergency events in social network. Then propose users´ utility to describe the effect and present a stochastic game for the information interaction between users in social network has. Finally, a case to observe the information dissemination of emergency events is presented to show that users with different personality have different dissemination scale in social network.
