Abstract
The research in education system describes that students generally don´t produce good results because of the use of traditional ways of educational system. It has been identified that the use of interactive technologies, constructive methods and appropriate interfaces has a great impact in improving creative education and learning. One of such interactive tool is multi-touch tabletop which helps teachers and students to make natural interactions with it. Different studies have identified multiple issues related to tabletop technology e.g. the design and usability issues, content-orientation, occlusion-aware visual feedback, general application support, display size, gesture interaction, group interaction and the use of tangible objects. This literature survey highlights the importance of content-orientation with the occlusion-aware visual feedback in interface design of collaborative learning environment. Furthermore, this study allows immense prospective for students in learning and understanding of the current educational concepts.
