Abstract
This article provides a state-of-the-art space based mobile telemedicine whose development is ongoing within an ESA (European Space Agency) Project and fulfils simultaneously the needs of multitude end-users mostly within emergency medicine, but also non emergency health screening, both from remote areas. Secondary, the paper illustrates the specific Systems Engineering (SE) approach developed and capitalized in the telemedicine project with respect to establishing user requirements more efficiently. Within the paper background, it is provided also a considerable theoretical contribution with practical implications to space/space related business sector regarding entrepreneurial ideas implementation in the frame of SE and Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE).
