Abstract
In the report the authors present a theoretical ligament of theory of fractional calculus, fractals, scaling, fractal labyrinths and nanotechnologies with the issues of the classical radiolocation, related to the theory of detection of objects on the background of intensive non-Gaussian interferences and noises (Ultralow signal/noise ratio).
