Abstract
As the most positive and active factors, people in airlines play a crucial role in aviation safety. A variety of violations caused by airline employees´ negative or discontent mood may also lead to aviation safety accidents. On the basis of the literature review, the paper starts from pay satisfaction and divides it into five parts: pay system, pay structure, pay sense of fairness, intrinsic motivation and welfare policy. According to the gray theoretical model, the paper analyzes the relevance between pay satisfaction and violations. It draws the conclusions that pay system, pay sense of fairness intrinsic motivation and violations are negatively related; pay structure, welfare policy and violations are positive related. Based on the conclusion, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in this paper.
